Junior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll support operational marketing processes, help coordinate localization efforts, assist with content and data tasks, and contribute to the success of various marketing initiatives. This position is a great fit for someone curious about marketing, eager to grow, and ready to dive into hands-on work
 

What You Will Do

— Marketing Operations

• Support the operational marketing manager with day-to-day tasks
• Help prepare team reports and internal presentations
• Conduct research to identify best practices and suggest improvements
• Assist in setting up workflow automations (e.g., in Jira)

— Localization

• Coordinate localization plans for the website and blog, working closely with the SEO and Growth teams
• Manage the translation process, communicate with freelancers, and track delivery
• Review translated content and upload it to local versions of the website and blog
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality localization

— Education & Events

• Maintain and regularly update the Agency Catalog
• Collect and verify information about agencies and ensure their accurate and timely publication on the website

— Ongoing Team Support

• Help with recurring marketing tasks, such as data collection, file organization, and website-related activities
   

What Skills You Should Have

• Curiosity and interest in marketing processes and how things work behind the scenes
• Attention to detail and patience when dealing with routine tasks
• Willingness to look for smarter, faster ways to complete assignments
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder
• Self-organization and proactiveness in daily tasks
• Willingness to learn and grow within the marketing field
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office at minimum), Experience working with spreadsheets / Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables)
• English — intermediate level or higher (reading and writing especially)

Will be a plus:

• Experience with website management or WordPress.
• Familiarity with Jira or other task/project management tools.
