Designer to $1500

Job Brief

We are looking for a talented Designer to join Paybis and elevate our visual presence across marketing, web and product. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design user-centric experiences and compelling visual assets that reflect Paybis’ identity as a trusted and innovative crypto platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual designs for digital channels including email campaigns, social media, presentations, print, website, and product UI
• Build and maintain a consistent visual brand across all Paybis touchpoints
• Translate complex crypto and fintech concepts into simple, clear, and appealing visuals
• Iterate quickly based on team and user feedback
• Contribute to internal design documentation and help build a scalable design system

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in graphic or UI/UX design, ideally in a tech/crypto environment
• Portfolio with examples of design across different digital channels
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Motion (Lottie, Jitter, After Effects)
• Understanding of user-centered design
• Fluency in English (verbal and written); Russian is a plus
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in remote environments
