You won’t just manage a team — you’ll drive our narrative, scale our leadgen, and shape the voice of top-tier Web3 projects.
 

🎯 Key requirements:

• 2+ years in content creation or content marketing
• 1+ year in a leadership role (Lead/ Head / C-level)
• Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals
• Crypto-native: you live and breathe blockchain
• Basic SEO knowledge and experience with website building
• English level: B2+
• Familiar with tools like Ahrefs, Pipedrive, Google Analytics, Notion, Asana
   

📝 What will be your responsibilities?

• Leading and growing the content & marketing team
• Building and executing marketing strategies (SMM, content, performance PR strategies too)
• Setting up analytics and performance metrics tracking
• Driving performance and B2B lead generation campaigns
• Boosting brand presence and visibility across the Web3 space
• Responding to Web3 trends in real-time with creative content and campaigns
• Managing internal and client marketing initiatives across the Solus ecosystem
