Senior Graphic Designer (Gambling) Offline

We are a Performa HR agency, and we're excited to find a top-notch professional for one of our clients. We're currently seeking an experienced Head of Design.

Requirements:
● proven experience in a senior creative or design role with a diverse portfolio;
● a deep understanding of the gambling industry;
● 3- 5 years of expertise in graphic design, with a proven ability to manage;
● end-to-end design processes for brand and marketing launches;
● proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and InDesign;
● ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts through innovative and compelling design solutions;
● exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven experience in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders;
● self-motivated and proactive, capable of taking full ownership of projects and thriving independently in dynamic environments;
● strong team player, fostering collaboration and driving creative initiatives across the team;
● fluent English.

Would be a plus:
● experience with motion design.

Key tasks and responsibilities:
● creating all design assets for the company’s clients;
● act as the go-to design expert, providing guidance and solutions to meet the evolving needs of our marketing and creative initiatives;
● collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to set project focuses, priorities, and timelines, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with business objectives;
● oversee the execution of new design projects from concept through to final delivery, maintaining exceptional standards of quality and visual impact;
● manage multiple projects simultaneously, operating efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
● foster a culture of innovation and creativity, encouraging the design team to experiment and push the boundaries of their creative capabilities.
