In this role, you will:

  • Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns for the company’s apps across advertising networks (Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Moloco, and others)
  • Build and test creative strategies and formats to improve upper-funnel performance
  • Design and execute buying experiments, validate hypotheses through data
  • Explore and scale new traffic sources
  • Contribute to the launch of new products and expansion into new markets
  • Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize key metrics

     

It’s all about you:

  • 1+ year of experience in mobile app marketing, specifically in user acquisition via performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat (bonus if you worked with DSPs: Moloco, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, etc.)
  • Solid skills in working with analytics and BI tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills: ability to structure your thoughts, present results clearly, and build effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
  • Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative KPIs and meeting deadlines
  • Self-motivation, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making

     

Would be a plus:

Experience with automation of UA processes:

  • setting up automated rules
  • working with automation tools
  • participating in the development of internal automation solutions
