Senior/Lead Ops Engineer Offline

We’re looking for a Senior / Lead Ops Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that the production systems run smoothly, troubleshoots and resolves issues, and develops solutions like AMS, ITAM, ITSM to automate and improve operational processes.

• Google Cloud Platform (IAM, Buckets, VPC, Billing), Google Workspace Admin
• Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK Stack
• Teleport, Vault, WireGuard/OpenVPN, Cloudflare WAF
• NetBox, Ralph, Snipe-IT (for IT Asset Management)
• Alerting integrations: Slack, Telegram, Matrix, Opsgenie
   

Requirements

• At least five years in IT infrastructure, operations, or automation roles
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Linux, and GCP
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace Admin and cloud IAM
• Proven experience implementing ITSM/ITAM tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshservice, GLPI, Snipe-IT)
• Scripting ability in Bash, Python, or Golang (a plus)
• Experience with observability tools: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
• Strong skills in documentation, leadership, and team management
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain focus on the big picture
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher

Responsibilities

• Managing bare-metal and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain ITSM/ITAM systems and workflows.
• Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Ansible.
• Administer and optimize Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace.
• Oversee access control, monitoring, backups, and infrastructure cost optimization.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Security, and Blockchain engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and operational runbooks.
• Investigate and resolve or recommend solutions for production issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues/errors and recommend improvements.
• Develop software to automate operational procedures and data collection.
• Implement triggers for alert generation based on product value delivery.
• Facilitate operational needs of other departments by delivering tools, implementing processes, or providing data access.
• Review and enhance operating processes for efficiency and quality.
• Monitor integrations and reconcile partners with internal reports.
