Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the company’s full financial model
• Track and manage financial data for each individual client
• Regularly analyze company expenses
• Prepare and review monthly P&L (Profit & Loss) statements
• Monitor financial performance by department (e.g., Sales, Production)
• Calculate and analyze key financial metrics: CAC, LTV, ROM

Requirements:

• Experience in building or managing a company’s financial system
• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting, cost management, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in working with P&L, client metrics, and unit economics
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Experience with financial tools and reporting systems
• Ukrainian language proficiency is a plus.
