Digital Buying Coordinator - Ops to Media (Entry level) Offline

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Initial 6 months training on the Ad Operations Team:

 

  • Set up campaigns in ad server and collaborate with Operations, Account, Media and Development teams, Clients and Publishers to ensure campaigns are running properly
  • Maintain high volume campaigns and assist with any technical issues
  • Traffic creative and campaign assets to publishers and troubleshoot technical issues, where necessary
  • Create pixels and provide client direction for placing on the client’s site or in Google Tag Manager

 

Final Media Team Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and update ongoing client buysheets and client authorizations for multiple clients on a regular basis
  • Construct, issue, and update on an ongoing basis vendor IOs
  • Assist with creative trafficking and client reporting dashboards
  • Weekly audit client buysheets against vendor IOs to ensure media spend is consistent
  • Update monthly actualized vendor spend numbers based on reported data
  • Assist in updating monthly flowcharts of planned vs. actualized spend
  • Assist with campaign pacing and maintenance as needed

 

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • BA/BS degree marketing, business, preferred not required
  • 1 year experience or college internship of relative experience
  • High level of efficiency and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, analytic skills, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to professionally communicate with, present to, interact with clients
  • Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Demonstrates initiative and drives to completion of projects
  • Readiness to work from 15:00 till 23:00 in order to have an optimal overlap of work hours with USA based teams.
