Responsibilities:

• Implement sourcing strategies using different channels (telegram, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, etc)
• Search candidates for various IT positions (marketing managers, designers, engineers, project managers, etc) by IT companies (our clients) criteria 
• Maintain a talent database
• Reporting on progress
• Analyze the talent market in IT

What we Expect:

• At least 1 years of work experience in IT Research
• Experience in closing marketing, product and technical positions
• Experience with different niches and domains
• Experience with automation tools for optimization of work routine 
• Have course education as IT Researcher
• Ability to multitask and learn fast
• Ability to perform routine work
• Confident English is a huge plus
• Good analytics skills
