We are looking for a Senior System Analyst to manage the end-to-end technology lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of business value. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to define system requirements, create technical documentation, and optimize system performance.

🎯 Responsibilities

🔹 Gather, clarify, and decompose system requirements in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
🔹 Create technical documentation detailing system logic, API specifications, database structures, and component interactions.
🔹 Design and maintain UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity) and ER diagrams to model system architecture.
🔹 Analyze data and write SQL queries to validate system behavior and ensure consistency.
🔹 Work on API integrations, defining interactions between system components.
🔹 Support development and QA teams, ensuring accurate implementation of requirements.
🔹 Assist in test case creation and validate system performance against defined requirements.
🔹 Optimize existing IT processes, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
🔹 Keep technical documentation up to date to reflect system changes.

📚 Required Skills

✅ 5+ years of experience as a System Analyst or similar role (Technical Analyst, Requirements Engineer).
✅ Strong understanding of software architecture (client-server applications, microservices, API-based systems).
✅ Experience managing system requirements throughout the SDLC.
✅ Proficiency in writing technical documentation (functional/non-functional requirements, API specs, database schemas).
✅ Strong knowledge of UML and system modeling tools (Use Case, Activity, Sequence, ERD).
✅ SQL proficiency for data analysis and system validation.
✅ Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
✅ Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
