Financial manager

Dataforest is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Financial manager. This position is perfect for those who confidently work with large datasets, act as business partners in decision-making, and regularly provide financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate unit economics;
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, CF) on a monthly basis;
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial strategies aligned with company goals;
• Automate and structure workflows;
• Monitor cash flows and balances, and normalize expenditures.

Skills Requirements:
• 3-5 years of overall experience in the financial sector;
• At least 1 years of experience in IT outsourcing/service companies;
• Knowledge of P&L, CF and unit-economic;
• Understanding of budgeting processes and control of operating expenses;
• Knowledge of financial reporting and principles of financial performance analysis;
• Responsibility, focus on achieving results, and decision-making ability;
• Strategic thinking and evaluation of potential company development paths;
• Ability to prioritize and plan work for short-term and long-term periods: week, month, quarter, year;
• Ability to work with large datasets and possess analytical thinking;
• Higher education in finance;
• English level of Intermediate or above.

Will be a plus:
• Knowledge of international finance in Europe and the USA.
