Head of Facebook Media Buying
We are currently looking for a Head of Media Buying.
As the Head of Media Buying, you will lead traffic acquisition for two distinct, high-impact projects in the iGaming industry.
- The first is a cutting-edge casino & betting product designed for Tier-1 European markets. Launched in late 2024 on a white-label platform from an industry leader, this high-tech product offers a personalized approach to both clients and partners.
- The second an award-winning international CPA network with a strong reputation across various GEOs and a proven track record of success. Recognized as a leader in affiliate marketing, the company provides stable payouts, personalized support, and an extensive global presence.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and scale performance marketing strategies across both projects, working with a team of seasoned professionals in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.
📋 Key responsibilities and your contribution:
• Build and manage the media buying department (team of 5+ people).
• Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly traffic acquisition strategies for the iGaming vertical.
• Identify, generate, and scale new traffic sources and marketing approaches.
• Manage and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Oversee budget allocation, conduct analytics, and optimize advertising spend.
• Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Maintain comprehensive reporting on campaign performance and key KPIs.
📚 Your qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience working with Facebook traffic.
• 1.5+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Media Buying.
• Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $150,000+ per month.
• Strong understanding of Tier-1 markets and their specifics.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial planning.
• Successful case studies demonstrating consistently high ROI.
• Ability to independently research and develop new traffic sources and strategies.
• Strong leadership skills, responsibility, excellent communication, and a structured approach to work.
