Tech Recruiter
Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial technical interviews (focus: development, QA, DevOps)
- Collaborating with tech leads and CEO
- Preparing candidate profiles and managing the candidate pipeline
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of core technologies (JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, QA, DevOps, etc.)
- Proven experience screening mid- and senior-level tech candidates
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Solid grasp of SDLC and IT roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, PM, etc.)
- Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Boolean search)
