Tech Recruiter

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial technical interviews (focus: development, QA, DevOps)
  • Collaborating with tech leads and CEO
  • Preparing candidate profiles and managing the candidate pipeline

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of core technologies (JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, QA, DevOps, etc.)
  • Proven experience screening mid- and senior-level tech candidates
  • Advanced English (both written and spoken)
  • Solid grasp of SDLC and IT roles (Frontend, Backend, QA, DevOps, PM, etc.)
  • Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Boolean search)
