Design Lead
Role Summary
As Design Lead, you’ll establish the creative vision for client projects, ensuring all visuals—from landing pages to social media ads—are both brand-consistent and conversion-focused. You’ll manage your own hands-on design tasks and guide any additional freelance or in-house designers as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction: Ideate, create, define and maintain cohesive design standards, from color palettes and typography to overall layout and brand identity.
Concept Development: Produce or oversee initial design concepts for landing pages, campaigns, and social assets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Front-End Developer to bring designs to life; partner with the Social & Content Specialist on campaign visuals.
Quality Control: Review final creative before launch, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and high aesthetic standards.
Innovation & Trends: Stay current with design best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce, user experience, and subscription marketing.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years in graphic/video/visual design; agency or e-commerce experience strongly preferred.
Tools: Proficiency in key tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma/Sketch etc.
UX Focus: Knowledge of user flow and conversion-oriented design principles.
Portfolio: Demonstrable track record of successful campaigns, landing pages, or brand visuals.
