Automation Consultant / Technical PM / Business Analyst (Low-Code, N8N / Make)

We are looking for an Automation Consultant / Integration Specialist to work closely with our clients and help translate business needs into automated workflows using low-code platforms like N8N and Make.com.

This role is not about heavy coding — it’s about understanding client requirements, designing efficient automation flows, setting up integrations between SaaS tools, and communicating clearly with both clients and the internal team.

If you have a mix of technical understanding, great communication skills, and a knack for making things work without writing much code, we’d love to talk to you.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with low-code automation tools such as n8n or Make.com
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and SaaS integrations
• Ability to design and configure automation workflows without heavy coding
• Experience translating business requests into technical automation scenarios
• Strong communication skills — able to ask the right questions and explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) for professional interaction with clients
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and present working solutions to clients
• A proactive mindset with a focus on solving real business problems through automation
• Nice to Have:
• Background as a Technical Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Automation Consultant
• Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or solution design capacity
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript or Python to understand or tweak scripts in automation flows

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between clients and technology: gather requirements, clarify goals, and propose automation solutions
• Configure low-code integrations and workflows using N8N or Make.com
• Example: “Client wants to create a deal in CRM, send an email, and generate a contract when a form is filled.” → You design the workflow, set up the tools, and present the working result.
• Present and demo solutions to clients in a clear and accessible way
• Document workflows and support clients in onboarding or future changes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand automation requirements and deliver tailored solutions
