Finance Manager to $2500

Our primary focus is on the US and European markets, and platforms such as Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and Shopify, where we have established ourselves as a strong player. ❇️Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Financial Manager, who is interested in the Amazon sphere and ready to grow with us.

✅Working conditions:

Full-time position.

Remote work.

Salary: $2000-2500.

Experience: 3+ years.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 7 PM (Kyiv time with 1 hour break).

✅Requirements:

🔹Experienced specialist with knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero or Zoho (or similar);

🔹Someone who can not only perform tasks, but also propose solutions and directions of work;

🔹English proficiency at level B1 and above;

🔹Experience in financial management for an e-commerce company (preferably working with the US or European markets and dealing with tangible assets);

🔹Experience in setting up accounting standards, procedures and algorithms in the company;

🔹Advanced Excel skills (Google Sheet).

✅ Would be a plus:

➕ Knowledge of USA tax law regulation;

➕ Preparing information for tax filling in USA;

➕ Experience of working in a company selling on Amazon.

✅ Responsibilities:

🔸Analysis of the company's financial documentation;

🔸Setting up accounting for company branches;

🔸Setting up standard of monthly/quarterly/yearly reporting;

🔸Searching and implementing the solutions for consolidated reporting;

🔸Search for options for optimizing financial processes;

🔸Assistance to department heads in planning income and expenses;

🔸Inventory turnover management.
