Job Brief

We are seeking a dynamic Head of SEO to lead our search engine optimization efforts at Paybis, driving organic growth, user acquisition, and brand visibility in the competitive crypto industry. You’ll oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies, manage a skilled team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a proven history of multiplying SEO traffic (e.g., 5x, 10x) in crypto, fintech, or tech, with deep expertise and a bold, results-oriented mindset. This role is critical to driving user acquisition and brand visibility through exponential organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost organic traffic, rankings, and conversions across global markets.
• Lead technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building to deliver massive growth.
• Manage and inspire an SEO team to execute ambitious traffic-scaling initiatives.
• Collaborate with content, product, and marketing teams to integrate SEO into broader campaigns and site improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to keep Paybis ahead of the curve.
• Define and track SEO KPIs, delivering regular reports on performance and actionable insights.
• Identify and exploit new tools, trends, and traffic sources to fuel outsized organic growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in an SEO leadership role within crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
• Proven expertise in technical SEO, on-page/off-page optimization, and link-building.
• Familiarity with regulated industries and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) and ASO (App Store Optimization) experience.
• Strong understanding of complementary channels (e.g., content marketing, PPC) and their synergy with SEO.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow an SEO team.
• Proactive in identifying emerging SEO trends and opportunities.
• Basic understanding of crypto technology and its relevance to SEO.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Network of SEO professionals, freelance executors or industry contacts.
