Junior Customer Support Agent
We are looking for a dedicated Junior Customer Support Agent to join our team. In this role, you will professionally address client inquiries and provide exceptional support, with a focus on enhancing service for English-speaking clients and ensuring timely and effective assistance.
Requirements:
- B2 level proficiency in spoken and written English
- Confident PC skills
- Ability to identify problems and present solutions clearly, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and punctuality
- Stable internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and understand their needs
- Analyze customer data to provide recommendations and resolve issues
- Address product or service concerns, determine causes, and offer solutions
- Foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business through excellent service
- Build rapport with clients and manage conflict effectively
- Contribute to team goals and achieve results
- Ensure high-quality standards in processing customer adjustments
