πŸ•’ Training Schedule: Part-time covering on a PRORATA basis Mon - Friday, full days;  Saturday and Sunday from 8-12 pm UK time zone  (to grow into full-time)with Friday being permanent.

We’re now offering a training opportunity for someone ready to step into the world of logistics, coordination, and client service β€” with full support from our experienced founder and leadership team.

Your Role Will Include:

Courier & Route Coordination (Training Provided)

  • Learn to plan and adjust routes manually using Google Maps and Trello
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations
  • Shadow live courier days and gradually take ownership

Customer Service & Admin

  • Help respond to delivery queries and support email responses
  • Keep Google Sheets and Trello updated with live courier movements
  • Assist with basic reporting and order logs

Sales & Marketing Support (Optional as you grow)

  • Join sales follow-ups and client conversations
  • Help prepare service proposals or campaigns
  • Contribute ideas for how we grow visibility and customer loyalty

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
  • Smart, curious, and motivated to learn logistics and coordination
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Trello, and basic online platforms
  • Clear communicator who can work independently and stay organized
  • Resilient under pressure and focused on solutions

Bonus If You Have:

  • Any admin, customer service, VA, or logistics experience
  • Familiarity with London roads or previous courier/delivery exposure
  • Long-term interest in operations, logistics, or business development

Contract & Compensation:

πŸ’° Pay: Initial training rate with opportunity for performance-based increase and bonuses
