Requirements:

● 2+ year of experience on a Head of Retention at online casino;
● Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making.;
● Strong competence in retention, marketing, product and analytics;
● Experience in implementing a promotional plan from idea to setup on a product website
● Proficiency in using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
● Strong leader with advanced people management skills. 

Responsibilities:

🎯Develop and execute customer retention strategies to increase player engagement and lifetime value.
🎯Design and manage loyalty programs, personalized campaigns, and promotions to retain and reward players.
🎯Organisation and development of player segmentation based on data. Defining a value proposition for segments - personalisation of offers, games, promotions, content, etc.
🎯Collaborate with analytics, product, design and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of retention initiatives.
🎯Increasing customer retention rates by implementing personalized and automated campaigns based on deep analysis
🎯Develop communication plans for different user segments, through different channels;
🎯Control of all bonus activities and their effectiveness;
🎯Operational activities
🎯Reporting on the work done.
