Junior Service Delivery Manager (PM) Offline

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Manage software development projects across their lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships and aligning project goals with business objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and support teams, to ensure efficient collaboration.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets, proactively addressing challenges.
  • Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and teams, facilitating meetings, reporting progress, and resolving conflicts.
  • Support teams working on long-term engagements, product development, and smaller agile projects.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in software delivery and project management.

     

Qualifications & Skills:
 

  •  experience in software project management or software delivery management.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing international clients.
  • Strong English is a must; Italian is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with IT concepts, software development practices, and technical environments.
  • Experience working with startups and enterprise clients is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
