Senior Python Developer (Munich, Germany) (offline)

We are looking for Python Developer

Client: The Company is Europe’s leading tech-enabled asset servicer. They offer modular outsourcing solutions for private capital investors. Their services enable private capital investors to free up their own resources for making investment decisions, benefit from their secure IT system and state-of-the-art analytics, and increase in-house transparency for optimal decision-making.

Responsibilities:

- Enhancing RESTful APIs with new endpoints and functionality;
- Planning API communications with out external frontend development team;
- Implementing new financial computations for parallel-processing framework;
- Juggling data between our different data-handling layers via SQL and other means.

Requirements:

- Several years of experience with web development in Python 2 and 3 – scientific development experience is a plus;
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs;
- Ideally, experience with Python Flask and SQLAlchemy;
- Solid SQL understanding including views and stored procedures from a programmers side;
- Ideally knowledgeable in parallel processing and Apache Spark;
- Experience in automated document generation (e.g. PDF) is a plus;
- Agile software development.
