Senior Product Designer Offline

We are is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Product Designer to join our growing and experienced team. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, leadership, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful solutions that align user needs with business objectives. Your mission will be to elevate the quality and experience of our platform while continuously shipping new features that meet market demands.

⚠️Please pay attention: we are looking for the candidate, who lives in Europe and is ready for remote work OR who lives just in Kyiv, Ukraine and is ready for full office work (1 remote day per week).

🤓Requirements:
 

• 3-5+ years of experience as a product designer
• Proven track record of building products for international markets
• Strong self-management and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to break down and solve complex problems effectively
• Proven ability to deliver tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity while bringing clarity to design, technology, and business challenges

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and other relevant platforms
   

  Nice to have:
   

• Strong UX copywriting skills
• Experience working with SaaS platforms
• Ability to conduct user research and leverage analytics data to guide design decisions

✍️Responsibilities:
 

• Design core features of our web platform, making them functional and easy to use
• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into valuable and user-friendly solutions for our global customer base
• Iterate continuously to refine and improve designs
• Be responsible for maintaining overall platform consistency
• Maintain and enhance our design system
• Ensuring seamless asset delivery and collaboration with engineers
• Play an active role in all stages of product development, including research, ideation, wireframing, final design, and testing
