About the role

As a Fullstack Software Engineer at Omogen, you’ll be a core contributor to building and scaling our AI-powered voice agents for recruitment. You’ll work across the stack, have ownership in designing and shipping features that make our platform smarter, faster, and more scalable.

What you’ll do :

• Feature Development : Build and deliver new features across backend (Django) and frontend (Next.js)
• Scalability : Design modular and scalable systems to support real-time voice interactions and complex AI pipelines
• AI Integration : Work with other team members to integrate STT/TTS pipelines and NLP models seamlessly into the platform
• APIs & Integrations : Develop robust, clean APIs and implement key integrations with recruitment industry tools (e.g., ATS platforms)

• Coding : You’re proficient with best coding practices and tools
• Gen AI/ML Integration : Comfortable working with AI-driven products, integrating ML models or data pipelines into production systems
• Software Architecture : Ability to design modular, scalable systems that can support future growth and evolving requirements
• Hands-On : You love designing, building and owning features end-to-end
• Problem Solver : You thrive in solving complex challenges with scalable solutions
• Growth-Oriented : You see early-stage environments as opportunities to learn, grow, and have an impact
• Team Player: You collaborate effectively with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
