Business Development Manager (Fluent English)

We are a rapidly growing startup developing an advanced management and analytics platform for companies operating on fan platforms such as OnlyFans, Fansly, and others. Our platform enables businesses to efficiently manage multiple accounts and teams, providing powerful tools for operational optimization and revenue growth.

We launched nearly two years ago and have since grown to over 20,000 users and 1,000+ paying businesses.


We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales Department and grow with us!


What we’re looking for:

  • At least 2,5 year of experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Willingness to travel within Europe to attend industry events (conferences and forums).
  • Self-organized, proactive, and results-driven.
  • English for conference communication (Fluent English required)

     

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Explore and develop new lead generation channels.
  • Engage with potential clients through meetings, consultations, and customer support.
  • Attend industry meetups and international conferences to expand the client base and drive business growth.
  • Maintain and manage CRM systems to track sales interactions.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and optimize results.
