Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process end-to-end.
  • Develop unique & compelling candidate value propositions (CVPs) tailored to each role to attract top talent.
  • Filling positions exclusively with A-player candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Use behavioral and technical assessments to identify top talent.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Expand and nurture a network of high-potential A players for future roles.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
     

About You:

  • 1+ year of experience managing end-to-end hiring for both tech and non-tech roles.
  • Skilled in recruitment tools like LinkedIn, social media, job boards, etc.
  • Proficient in data management tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with ATS systems for tracking candidates and keeping statuses updated daily.
  • Ability to nurture relationships and convert prospects into active candidates.
  • Strong English skills (B2+), both written and spoken.
  • Passion for understanding and representing our culture and values as a brand ambassador.
  • Eager to build and expand a network of A players to nurture and attract them in the future.
