Senior Payroll Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with deadlines, accuracy of payroll calculations, and smooth communication between departments.

About your key responsibilities and impact:

• Payroll in multiple European and CIS jurisdictions;
• Overseeing payroll processes for the jurisdictions mentioned above;
• Pre-calculating payroll and verifying the accuracy of figures provided by payroll providers;
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines for payroll calculations, salary and tax payments, and report submissions;
• Facilitating the timely exchange of information between departments;
• Providing breakdowns of accruals for employees upon request;
• Assisting the HR department with salary reviews upon request;
• Consolidating payroll supporting documents;
• Ensuring the accuracy of accruals;
• Taking ownership of initiating payment requests and controlling payment execution;
• Preparing internal reports for managers;
• Taking part in payroll cash planning.

Essential professional experience:

• Proven experience in payroll management across multiple countries;
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations;
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information between departments;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
• Upper Intermediate+ English level;
• Fluency in the Ukrainian or Russian language;

Work experience 5+ years.
