Business Analyst

A fast-growing product company is looking for a Middle Business Analyst to become a key figure in our team. 

Our company is developing an analytics platform and a specialized browser (desktop application) to enhance user experience, and we are seeking a skilled professional who will closely collaborate with the business team and engineers to make our product even better.    

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field;
• 2+ years of relevant technical background;
• Experience in analyzing, clarifying, and translating business requirements into functional requirements;
• Proven ability to prepare technical specifications and documentation; experience with UML, BPMN, and data modeling;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with English proficiency at least at an Upper-Intermediate level.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

• Experience in prototyping and solid knowledge of UI/UX principles.

   

  Will be a plus:

• General understanding of system design and microservices; familiarity with API and database structure;
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;

• Experience working in a product company.

   

  Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the requirements life cycle;
• Interpret business requirements and translate them into structured functional requirements and backlog items;
• Work closely with Business and Engineering teams to develop and maintain the product backlog.
