Business Development manager (IGaming)

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to play a key role in growing our B2B segment. Your responsibilities will include market analysis, attracting new partners, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will work at the intersection of analytics, sales, and product strategy to drive business growth and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market and Competitor Analysis:

•Research B2B solutions in the iGaming industry

•Identify competitors’ strengths and weaknesses

•Track market trends and potential growth opportunities

Partner Relations & Business Development:

•Identify and attract new clients (operators, platforms, affiliates, etc.)

•Build and nurture long-term partnerships

•Conduct negotiations and prepare commercial offers

•Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and business meetings

Gathering Market Insights & Cross-team Collaboration:

•Analyze client needs and propose relevant solutions

•Collect and communicate partner feedback to the product team

•Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth

Reporting & Documentation:

•Prepare reports on market dynamics and sales performance

•Develop business plans to drive B2B expansion

•Ensure contractual obligations are met

 

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in B2B iGaming

Strong industry knowledge of gambling products, payment solutions, platforms, and content providers

Experience in market analysis and competitive research

Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build long-term relationships

Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional languages are a plus

Proficiency in analytical tools (Google Sheets, CRM, BI tools)

Willingness to travel and attend industry events

 

Nice to Have:

•Experience working with Latin American, European, or Asian markets

•A strong network of contacts in the iGaming industry

•Knowledge of legal and financial aspects of B2B partnerships
