Lead Generator (Fintech) Offline

Overview of the position
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent Lead Generator who can take ownership of the entire lead generation process. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in building and managing effective lead funnels, optimizing conversion rates, and leveraging AI tools to enhance outreach efforts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Automatisation Lead generation process
  • Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
  • Search for cold leads on LinkedIn, Quora, forums, etc
  • Search for new sources of lead generation
  • Post information and participate in threads on the thematic site
  • Begin negotiations with potential clients (Company presentation)
  • Drive go-to-market activities that will most effectively generate new customers
  • Maintain CRM system
  • Provide basic market research
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation

     

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience in building a successful automated sales funnel including cold mailing and working with cold leads, LinkedIn and other social networks
  • Analytical thinking, understanding of the sales funnel and ICP
  • Excellent written communication skills, English from B2
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage and qualify potential leads
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Experience working with EU companies (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for lead generation
  • Proficiency in contact search tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Ability to utilize various approaches and tools effectively in the lead generation process
  • Ability to develop and implement unique strategies for capturing the attention of potential leads
