As our department expands, we are looking for a Head of CRM to lead our Retention Department!
πΌ Responsibilities:
β Develop and implement a CRM strategy for online casinos to boost customer retention, engagement, and monetization.
β Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using customer segmentation and personalization.
β Analyze user behavior and activity to optimize retention strategies.
β Assess the effectiveness of CRM campaigns through analytics and data-driven insights.
β Manage and configure the CRM platform and marketing automation tools, including customer database segmentation.
β Lead and mentor the CRM team to deliver results.
β Collaborate with development, marketing, and analytics teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
β Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the iGaming industry.
π Our Requirements:
πΉ 2+ years of experience as Head of CRM.
πΉ Proven ability to manage a team of 5+ people.
πΉ Expertise in developing multi-channel customer engagement strategies.
πΉ Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization practices.
πΉ Ability to segment customer databases and craft personalized offers.
π Preferred:
π Experience with Smartico CRM system.
π Expertise in designing and implementing loyalty programs.
