Junior Treasury Manager

We are currently looking for a Junior Treasury Manager to strengthen our Treasury Team (office-based in Warsaw, Poland).

About the Treasury Team:
This team efficiently manages SKELAR’s cash flow and liquidity, improves and implements new payment methods, and develops and leads relationships with key financial partners. We handle treasury matters of any complexity “end-to-end” to provide top-notch service and competitive advantages for our businesses.

Responsibilities:
(1) Manage payment infrastructure for a group of companies:
— Consulting regarding the payment method for internal and external users;
— Compliance check of primary documentation for incoming and outcoming payments;
— Execution of payments in different payment methods, such as Bank transfers, E-wallets, Cards;
(2) Deal the relationship with selected financial institutions in jurisdictions of the Company’s presence, business partners and other internal teams to ensure a continuous payment process:
— Coordinate the rules, deadlines and limits for payments;
— Organize account opening in existing bank or financial institution for diversification and risk elimination;
— Approve the counterparties (KYC: payment details, jurisdictions etc.);
— Problem solving (refunds, partners/banks requests, etc.);
— Development and enhancement of payment analytics, analyzing transactional data and optimizing financial processes
(3) Support the monthly closing period:
— Reconciliation of bank statements;
— Check the completeness y of payments;
— Automation and integration of the company’s CRM system to reduce a manual work.

Required qualifications and skills:
— 1+ years of experience working in Finance in International companies, banks, Big4, IT companies;
— Analytical skills to deal with complex issues and make sound business decisions (capability to choose the payment method among existing options driving by cost effectiveness).
— Ability to prioritize, organize and effectively manage daily routines, ad-hoc task and strategic goal.
— Proficient level of Excel;
— English B2+.

What Would Be a Plus:
— Understanding of global payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, banking platforms, etc) and international business;
— Good technical skills in Excel.
