PPC Specialist Offline
Looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist, an international product IT company with a Ukrainian core team that develops its own SaaS B2C solutions for US and Europe markets (Tier 1,2) due to the expansion of the team.
Company products: Mobile applications, WEB SaaS products, and utilities for social media.
The marketing team: CMO, Affiliate department, PPC performance and Media teams, Retention, Content Creators, SEO, Link Builder, and Content Writer.
The team of company - 70 people
Locations of the team - Europe/USA/ Ukraine - full remote from any country/office in Kyiv

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Experience with B2C products (SaaS, e-commerce)
- Experience with budgets not less than 150k+
- Expertise in setting up and optimizing ad campaigns across: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Taboola/Outbrain
- Experience with various ad formats (UA, performance, brand awareness)
- Good understanding of sales funnels and customer journey
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Keitaro, etc.)
- Expert-level MS Excel skills
- Experience with landing pages and conversion optimization
- Analytical mindset with a systematic approach
English language level not lower than Upper-Intermediate Willingness to work with a technically advanced B2C subscription product
Will be a plus :
Experience with media buying, Meta Ads - Facebook, Instagram
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing media strategies across multiple channels and markets
- Managing and optimizing advertising campaigns across all platforms
- Scaling successful campaigns and expanding into new markets
- Building and optimizing sales funnels
- Testing new ad formats and traffic sources
- A/B testing creatives and landing pages
- Analyzing metrics and continuously optimizing ROAS/ROI
