We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our brilliant Client—a large and powerful iGaming company with its headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus.
This remote role focuses on hiring primarily for non-technical positions across marketing, communications, finance, administration, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in the iGaming industry.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (e.g., competency-based interviews).
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of market trends, best hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English is required.
