We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our brilliant Client—a large and powerful iGaming company with its headquarters in Limassol, Cyprus.

This remote role focuses on hiring primarily for non-technical positions across marketing, communications, finance, administration, and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit professionals who align with both job requirements and company culture.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Drive a results-oriented recruitment process with a focus on quality hires.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a recruiter in the iGaming industry.
  • Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (e.g., competency-based interviews).
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, best hiring practices, and industry benchmarks.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English is required.
