Sales Manager Offline

We are currently looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager who has experience in the premium segment and a desire to work with top clients.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

🔹 Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation to closing deals

🔹 Build long-term relationships with customers and support them at all stages

Understand customer needs and offer the best solutions

🔹 Handle inquiries, process documents, providing excellent customer service

🔹 Work in CRM, maintain a customer base, analyze results

🔹 Provide feedback to the marketing team, helping to improve conversions

🔹 Monitor market trends and find new opportunities for development

 

What is important for us?

 

✔ Experience in sales (from 2 years) with a focus on long-term customer relationships

✔ Customer focus, proactivity and ability to find a common language with the client

✔ Confident negotiation skills, ability to work with objections

✔ Understanding of the premium car segment (especially American brands)

✔ Knowledge of English and Spanish (at a level sufficient for negotiations)

✔ Experience with CRM, GDrive and other communication tools

✔ Highly self-organized, responsible and result-oriented

 

Will be an advantage:
