Business Development Manager AdTech/SSP/AdExchange
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the programmatic advertising sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new SSP, DSP, and ADX companies via RTB and Prebid Server;
- Develop and execute a strategy to expand SmartyAds partnerships across Europe and LATAM, APAC, and the US;
- Establish and maintain relationships with key programmatic industry partners;
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of SSPs, DSPs, and ADX partners;
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expansion and revenue growth;
Attend global Adtech conferences like DMEXCO, Prebid events
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 1-3 years of experience in business development in programmatic advertising / RTB.
- Experience working with SSPs, DSPs, or Ad Exchanges.
- Strong understanding of RTB, Prebid Server, and programmatic technologies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Spanish โ is a huge plus;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
