Our ideal candidate has:
1.Experience in the financial/payment sector
-3+ years of experience in leadership roles (Payment Manager, Head of Payments, Director of Payment Solutions, etc.).
-Practical experience working with payment services (PSP), banks, and international financial organizations.
-Knowledge of regulatory requirements and licensing.
2.Understanding of KYC/AML, PCI DSS, and other security standards
-Experience in building payment processes that comply with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions.
-Team leadership experience.
3.Team building and management skills, goal setting, and quality control
-Ability to motivate, train, and develop specialists across various fields (lawyers, analysts, developers, finance professionals).
-Technical and analytical expertise.
4.Knowledge of payment solution integration, transaction processing, API, and security issues
-Strong analytical skills, with the ability to process large amounts of data (AR FTD, AR STD, average transaction value, fee In+Out).
-Strategic thinking and flexibility.
5.Ability to develop long-term payment strategies, taking into account global trends (e.g., cryptocurrencies, open banking)
-Quick adaptation to changes in the market and regulatory environment.

✅ You have experience in White Label and Own License projects – you understand how to work with multiple brands simultaneously and optimize their payment processes.
✅ You’re ready to work on obtaining your own license – you know the licensing procedures and can set up processes to meet regulatory requirements.
✅ You possess legal knowledge – you can interact with the Legal department, assess risks, and negotiate terms with external providers.
✅ You are result-oriented – you think critically, make quick decisions, and are not afraid of responsibility.
✅ You are fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate+) – for communication with international PSPs, regulators, and expanding into global markets. 🌍
What you’ll be doing:
1.Managing payment infrastructure, monitoring key financial metrics, and developing the payment department with its own license
-Manage existing payment processes.
-Support current White Label (WL) brands and control key metrics (AR FTD, AR STD, average transaction value (Avg FTD), payment fees In+Out).
-Ensure the stable operation of payment systems, monitor transactions, and respond promptly to technical or financial issues.
-Build and develop the payment department with its own license.
2.Team formation and development, implementation of payment solutions, and risk management to ensure regulatory compliance
-Develop the department structure, form a team (recruitment, training, motivation of specialists).
-Establish risk management processes, prepare for licensing, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Search for and integrate payment solutions.
3.Market analysis, connecting new methods, legal coordination, and organizing market expansion
-Analyze the payment service market, negotiate with providers, connect and configure new payment methods.
-Participate in legal matters (Legal), coordinate with the legal department to ensure compliance with the requirements of the countries you’re entering.
-Organize entry into new markets.
4.Payment strategy development, launching new channels, and implementing a proprietary payment gateway
-Develop payment strategies for various regions, taking into account local specifics and regulations.
-Adapt and launch new payment channels for customer convenience and to increase AR FTD/STD.
-Launch your own payment gateway.
5.Developing, implementing, and optimizing the payment gateway with security, scalability, and analytics in mind
-Coordinate the process of developing, testing, and launching the payment gateway while considering security and scalability requirements.
-Ensure continued support and development of the gateway, analyze results, and implement improvements.
-Handle analytics and optimization.
6.Monitoring KPIs, optimizing costs and conversion rates, reporting to top management
-Continuously monitor KPIs (AR FTD, AR STD, Avg FTD sum, Payment fee In+Out, etc.), identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase conversion.
-Report to top management on the status and results of payment operations.
