Key Responsibilities:

Create and Manage Product Requirements:
β€’ Develop detailed and clear product requirements for development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and player experience.
β€’ Collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely delivery of features, updates, and bug fixes.

Monitor Key Product Metrics:
β€’ Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure product success.
β€’ Continuously evaluate and optimise product performance, focusing on engagement, revenue, user experience, and retention.

Backlog and Task Management:
β€’ Work with development teams to ensure that backlog items are completed in a timely manner, with regular reviews and updates.

Operational Support & Incident Management:
β€’ Ensure smooth operations of the platform, including handling live incidents, releases, and platform updates.
β€’ Coordinate with development, support, and risk management teams to resolve any issues swiftly.
β€’ Monitor platform performance and manage operational workflows to ensure uptime and a seamless player experience.

Product Reporting & Analytics:
β€’ Create and manage detailed product reports, analysing key metrics such as user engagement, revenue, player retention, and conversion rates.
β€’ Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and senior management, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
β€’ Track product performance using industry-standard analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, internal reporting tools).

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration:
β€’ Maintain effective communication with internal teams (development, support, risk, etc.) to ensure all parties are aligned.
β€’ Build and maintain relationships with third-party service providers, ensuring that product integrations and features are aligned with business requirements.
β€’ Communicate product updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and smooth operations.


Key Requirements:

Experience:
β€’ Proven experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in the iGaming industry: 3+ years of experience
β€’ Strong background in managing product lifecycles from ideation to execution.

Skills & Competencies:
β€’ Excellent analytical skills with experience tracking product metrics and making data-driven decisions.
β€’ Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and external stakeholders.
β€’ Knowledge of product development processes, including releases, updates, and incident management.
β€’ Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level, with a focus on written communication.
β€’ Experience in working with documentation in English.

Technical Proficiency:
β€’ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Excel) and product management software.
β€’ Familiarity with CRM, CMS, and Analytics platforms
