Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Mentor the Product Team: Manage and develop a team of Product Owners by providing guidance, feedback, and fostering professional growth.
  • Define and Communicate Product Vision: Ensure the alignment of the product roadmap with company goals, market needs, and B2Π‘ client expectations.
  • Oversee Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the team to prioritize product features, epics, and development tasks that maximize value for clients and end-users.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Translate business goals into actionable product strategies to ensure scalability, drive innovation, and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Drive Integrations: Manage and oversee complex API integrations with leading global game providers, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Enhance User Experience: Apply UX principles to improve usability and satisfaction for both players and B2C clients.
  • Establish and Monitor Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product and team success, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead Market Research Efforts: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Implement processes and best practices to optimize team efficiency and product outcomes.
  • Facilitate Stakeholder Communication: Ensure transparency and alignment across departments and stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading product teams.
  • Extensive Product Management Experience: At least 3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager with hands-on experience managing product roadmaps and backlogs.
  • Strong Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, and technical integrations. 
  • B2C Expertise: Prior experience working with B2C products and understanding client needs is essential.
  • Tools Mastery: Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and other product management and collaboration tools.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, gather data-driven insights, and craft actionable strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • UX and Design Knowledge: Familiarity with UX principles and experience improving product usability and client satisfaction.
