Junior Project Manager to $800

Binary Future is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is for someone with at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the eCommerce domain. If you have a proactive mindset and are eager to develop your skills in project management, we’d love to hear from you!

Requirements:
 - Basic experience in coordinating software development teams;
 - Understanding of eCommerce projects and their key processes;
 - Experience working with cross-functional teams;
 - Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders;
 - Basic understanding of risk assessment and project roadmaps;
 - Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
 - Knowledge of task planning tools (If.Team, Slack, Calendly, etc.);
 - Upper-Intermediate+ English level (written and spoken);

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in managing eCommerce projects throughout the full cycle (planning, execution, monitoring, closing);
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting the implementation of Agile best practices;
- Helping with risk management and project adjustments;
- Ensuring transparency in project execution for all participants;
- Assisting in facilitating management decisions related to project progress;
- Contributing to a culture of efficiency, transparency, and initiative;
