Junior PPC Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to assess query effectiveness.
• Create and test ad copies, ensuring alignment with adaptive search principles.
•  Launch, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).
• Work with audiences, setting up remarketing, lookalike, and custom segments.
• Optimize bids, budgets, and bidding strategies to achieve campaign objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Utilize Clarity, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics to analyze traffic and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO specialists, content teams, and designers to enhance ad creatives and landing pages.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, bidding strategies, and audience segments to improve ad effectiveness.

What We Expect from You:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in PPC.
• Understanding of how Google Ads campaigns and the auction system work.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Power BI.
• Fluent Polish (mandatory).
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus.
• Analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• A strong desire to grow professionally in the field of PPC.
