Python Team Lead (offline)

We invite to our team a Python Team Lead to manage our team and provide effective guidance.

The Python Team Lead must support the general growth of the Development department, by taking initiative which will help the company to grow.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in software development
Strong knowledge of RDBMS (e.g. Postgresql) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB, Redis) etc.
2+ years of experience with high-load projects
2+ years of experience in leading a development team (3+ team members)
Basic understanding of Big Data concepts;
Strong technical capability in full-stack development for example including databases, microservices, RESTful interfaces, frontend development, continuous integration and cloud deployment
Upper intermediate level of English
Proficient in Python
Experience of web frameworks (e.g. Flask, Sanic, Tornado, Django)
Bachelor\Master degree in Mathematics\Computer Science\Statistics
Knowledge of *nix systems
Knowledge of commonly used data structures, design patterns, and algorithms
A passion for Linux-based server development
Experience using SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Leadership and mentoring of a back-end software development team (5+ BE Developers) and working in Agile
Working closely with other team leads for achieving business goals
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture (team cooperation, brainstormings, quality aimed)
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Contribute to the review and maintenance of product backlog, as well as assisting in the implementation of features while adhering to sound Engineering principles.
Take an active role in understanding and prioritizing technical responsibilities.
Drive features development from conception to deployment in an agile team with continual delivery
Integration with existing systems and components
Cross-team code review
Collaboration with cross-functional team on design and implementation of features
