People Partner
Requirements:
— 3+ years of experience in IT HR (employee adaptation, engagement, retention, offboarding).
— English: Intermediate (B1) or preferably Upper-Intermediate (B2).
— Proven experience in organizing and implementing HR processes.
— Strong expertise in employer branding initiatives.
— Experience in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and action planning.
— Ability to build and maintain effective internal communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen corporate culture and employer brand.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and internal events.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results.
- Provide support and consulting for managers on people management and retention strategies.
- HR Operations & Process Automation:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, offboarding).
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Optimize and automate HR processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain HR documentation and reports with high accuracy.
- International Employee Support:
- Provide HR support to foreign employees, ensuring smooth integration.
- Assist with work permits, relocation, and adaptation processes.
