We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Junior HRBP to join our team in Lviv!
About the job: This role is essential for supporting our HR functions, facilitating efficient people operations, and partnering with teams to achieve organizational goals. If you are a fast learner with a solid foundation in HR and strong English skills, we encourage you to apply!
What You'll get to do:
- Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing HR-related queries and providing guidance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, practices, and programs across departments.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the organization.
- Help manage employee relations and address employee concerns in a confidential and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other HR and Recruitment team members on various HR projects and initiatives.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Maintaining and supporting benefits program including insurance.
- Creatively support our local social media accounts.
- Managing benefits program and support on administrative tasks.
What You need to know:
- Minimum of 1 year in an HR Generalist role or similar experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
- Demonstrated responsibility and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in using HR software and general computer skills (MS Office, HRIS).
- Fast learner, able to adapt to new processes and technologies quickly.
- Intermediate or higher level of English (both written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
