Project Overview
We operate in ed-tech, helping hundreds of thousands of students with academic needs. Our platform offers academic paper writing services, allowing clients to select work types, set requirements, and communicate directly with authors. We’re continuously expanding our product’s functionality to enhance customer experience and improve financial results.
We are looking for you if you have:
- 3+ years in Product Management
- Experience with products in US market
- Proven track record of driving user and market research initiatives
- Proven process os
- Track record of improving key product metrics
It would be an advantage if:
- EdTech industry background
- Background in implementing JTBD framework

Responsibilities:
1) Research & Discovery
- Analyze user behavior and identify improvement opportunities
- Map and validate customer archetypes and their needs
- Transform customer insights into actionable business value
- Drive research into educational market segments and requirements
2) Product Strategy & Planning
- Own product vision and roadmap for assigned area
- Set and track product metrics and KPIs
- Prioritize product opportunities based on user needs and business impact
3) Development & Delivery
- Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, product analysts and developers
- Manage product backlog and sprint planning
- Monitor and optimize product performance
4) Optimization & Growth
- Drive improvements in core product value proposition
- Identify opportunities for product expansion
- Monitor and improve key metrics for assigned area
5) Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with operations and support teams
- Communicate product updates and performance to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing on product positioning and acquisition
- Present product insights and recommendations to leadership

-Do you have an office that works in the absence of light?
Yes, of course! Our office is equipped with everything necessary, ensuring uninterrupted work, even during blackouts.
-Can I work remotely from another country?
Yes. We understand the importance of being safe.
-Do you cooperate with Russia and its citizens?
No. Our company was founded in 2014, and even then, we understood that Russia is an aggressor country, and we do not want to have any relations with it.
-Did the company support its employees at the beginning of the war?
Of course! The principal value of our company is people. On the first day of the full-scale invasion, everyone received monetary compensation. We have also created coordination groups for the location of the temporary stay.
What social package and benefits are offered?
