Responsibilities:
β Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and agencies.
β Collaborate directly with influencers to develop impactful campaigns.
β Supervise team members with the potential to grow the team as project volumes increase.
β Track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to ensure alignment with business goals.
β Negotiate contracts and terms with influencers and agencies, ensuring budget optimization.
β Monitor competitor activities in influencer marketing and provide actionable insights to stay competitive.
β Analyze post-campaign results to identify key learnings and drive continuous improvement in strategy.
Qualifications
β 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing
β Proven experience working with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and Telegram.
β Strong communication and negotiation skills for working with influencers and agencies.
β Solid understanding of influencer marketing KPIs and performance metrics.
