Head of PMO Offline

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Product to lead the development and management of our clients' new Product Management Office. This role is pivotal in creating a dynamic product incubator that designs, builds, and scales innovative solutions integrating both hardware and software elements. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a strong blend of technical insight, business acumen, and hands-on product management experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Establish, structure, and scale the PMO from the ground up, including defining processes, best practices, and metrics for success. 
• Drive the conceptualization, development, and commercialization of innovative products that combine hardware and software, fostering a culture of rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration. 
• Define product vision and strategy aligned with business goals; manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, iteration, and end-of-life. 
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of product initiatives. 
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation. 
• Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership, investors, and other key stakeholders; secure necessary buy-in and resources. 
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record in launching and scaling both hardware and software products. 
• Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams. 
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. 
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies. 
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business strategies. 
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Experience in a product incubator or startup environment is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience working in industries where hardware and software integration is key (e.g., IoT, consumer electronics, smart devices). 
• Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
