Operation Manager

Right now, we’re helping find an Operation Manager for one of our projects.

Requirements

— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
— 3-5 years of experience in process optimization, cross-functional operations, or a similar role.
— Experience leading projects to improve operations in dynamic environments like fintech or tech companies.
— Ability to analyze data and solve problems to make operations more efficient.
— Financial and operational knowledge to handle expense requests, salary reviews, and dispute resolution.
— Basic technical skills to troubleshoot and fix system-related issues.
— Strong communication skills to coordinate between teams and conduct 1:1 meetings.
— Great organizational and multitasking abilities.
— Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between product, development, and business goals.
— Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to drive effective workflows and deliverables.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
— Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.

Responsibilities

— Oversee day-to-day operational processes, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
— Establish and refine workflows to optimize team productivity and streamline project milestones.
— Collaborate with product and tech teams to decompose tasks, set timelines, and manage resources effectively.
— Identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and risks to ensure seamless project execution.
— Lead and manage cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team cohesion.
— Monitor project performance metrics, report progress to stakeholders, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
