Human Resources Administrator (relocation to Dubai) Offline
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dubai. This role involves managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Relocation support to Dubai is provided for the right candidate.
Required skills:
- 2-5 years of HR experience in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processing, and employee relations. - advantage.
- Experience in onboarding, including coordinating work permits and visa applications.
- Hands-on experience with payroll administration and HR documentation management.
Previous experience handling benefits administration and negotiating insurance packages.
Scope of work:
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with the United Arab Emirates labor laws.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle HR documentation, policies, and correspondence.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration. Negotiating with Insurance companies for better offers.
- Supervising all HR related issues in Dubai office. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and company policies. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related matters.
