Remotely Talents is a leading headhunting agency focused on connecting professionals with remote job opportunities in EU and US-based companies. 

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our dynamic team. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top remote professionals.
  • Oversee the full-cycle international recruiting process, including communication with clients, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

     

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (2+ years), demonstrating a successful track record in talent acquisition. 
  • Experience in recruitment agency is a plus.
  • Experience closing Digital Marketing roles is a must.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms and job boards for effective candidate sourcing.
  • Thorough understanding of various selection methods and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (communication with clients, interviews).
